DR.Carlos Fernando Collares
MD, MSc, PhD is an Associate Professor at the University of Algarve (Portugal) since 2024 and Assessment Specialist at the European Board of Medical Assessors since 2015. During his tenure at Maastricht University from 2012 to 2022, he helped implement a computerized adaptive version of the Dutch progress test consortium. His research focuses on the use of psychometrics and AI for the development and assessment of clinical reasoning skills
