Academic Integrity
Future Vision for Health Training Company bases its academic integrity policy in the e-learning environment on academic values, the concept of honesty, and respect for the intellectual efforts of trainees and instructors. This responsibility is shared by both trainers and trainees, reinforcing a code of conduct that governs the behavior of remote learners. The company enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against cheating, impersonation, or any form of academic dishonesty.

Forms of Academic Misconduct

1. Cheating:
   
   • Using unauthorized methods during exams or training tasks.
   • Exchanging answers or consulting unapproved resources.
      
2. Impersonation:
   
   • Using another person’s identity to access the learning platform.
      
3. Forgery:
   
   • Altering or falsifying educational or training documents, such as certificates or reports.
   • Misrepresenting information or data related to training participation.
      
4. Violation of Intellectual Property Ethics:
   
   • Copying content or assignments without citing the original sources.
   • Submitting others’ work as one’s own.

Procedures and Penalties for Violations

1. Procedures:
   
   • Immediate investigation of the reported incident by a designated committee.
   • Collection of necessary evidence such as electronic records, activity logs, and reports.
   • Notifying relevant parties of the investigation outcomes.
      
2. Penalties:
   
   • For Minor Violations: Written warning and a chance to correct the behavior.
   • For Moderate Violations: Cancellation of the related activity (e.g., test or assignment) with grade deduction.
   • For Major Violations:
     
     • Temporary or permanent suspension of the trainee’s account.
     • Cancellation of enrollment in the course.
     • Withholding of the training certificate.
     • In cases of forgery or impersonation: Submission of a formal report to the authorities for legal action.

Trainee Commitment
All trainees must read, understand, and adhere to the integrity policy before starting any training course. An electronic agreement must be signed, acknowledging commitment to the center’s policies and full responsibility for any violations.
