First: Course Approval and Delivery
- Training courses shall be conducted in accordance with the standards and guidelines approved by the American Heart Association (AHA) and the Saudi Heart Association (SHA).
- The training course date shall be confirmed once the minimum required number of participants is reached, which shall not be less than five (5) trainees per course, in accordance with the requirements of the accrediting bodies.
- The Center shall not be held responsible for the postponement or cancellation of courses due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, decisions issued by official authorities, or failure to meet the minimum number of participants required for the course to be held.
- If the Center cancels the course due to failure to reach the minimum number of participants, the trainee may choose either to be transferred to the nearest confirmed course with available seats or to receive a refund of the fees paid in accordance with the payment method used.
- Trainees shall be notified of the course confirmation or cancellation at least two (2) business days before the scheduled course date.

The Center shall not be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information entered by the trainee, including errors related to certificate issuance or failure to receive notifications and confirmation messages.
3. 8. A cancellation and refund request and a rescheduling request are considered two separate procedures, and each shall be subject to the terms, timeframes, and fees specified in this policy. A rescheduling request shall not result in a refund of the fees paid; instead, the trainee’s registration shall be transferred to another course according to the available dates and seats.
