Electronic attendance is considered a key factor in the success of learners in e-learning and distance education. Synchronous e-attendance refers to the trainee's virtual presence via an internet-connected device—such as a computer or mobile device—on the virtual platform, confirming the trainee's real-time participation. Accordingly, Future Vision for Health Training Company commits to the following e-attendance policies:
- We commit that the technical supervision team at the center will manage the monitoring and oversight of trainee access to the e-learning platform.
- We commit to automatically tracking and recording trainees’ attendance and absence during sessions through the virtual classroom systems.
- We commit to sending regular e-attendance reports to the trainers.
- We commit to informing trainees of the following:
- Their e-attendance percentage on the virtual platform.
- Failure to meet the minimum required "e-attendance" rate (not less than 50%) will result in the trainee being considered absent for the entire training program and thus ineligible for the certificate.
- The minimum requirement for synchronous attendance is at least 70% of total hours.
- Virtual attendance is considered equivalent to in-person attendance.
